Alaska 2-1-1 is your one-stop resource for finding help in your community. It’s free, confidential and available in almost any language. For life challenges or everyday needs, help starts here. For current information related to COVID-19, including service changes and closures statewide and in the Municipality of Anchorage, dial 2-1-1 or 1-800-478-2221. Extended call center hours: 7am – 8pm, 7 days a week.

Domestic violence happens to both men and women, however, 90% to 95% of the victims are women.
The SAMHSA Disaster Distress Helpline (877-726-4727) provides 24/7, 365-day-a- year crisis counseling and support to people experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters.
